A Guide To Doing Business The Ergon Way

It Began With An Act of Selfless Leadership

A Culture Shaping Moment

The Yellow Bike Path.
Moving Forward Together.

While we each can take up our own yellow bike and carry Ergon’s culture forward, we’re not on this journey alone. Through growth, change and defining moments in our history, we’ve welcomed new Ergon family and expanded our reach. But what drives us hasn’t changed. Consistency in our mission, our values and our guiding principles is what makes our culture unique. It’s not something we reinvent as we grow – it’s something we carry forward and strengthen together.

Leslie Lampton Sr.

Ergon Founder

Dad taught the second and third generation to be very involved in the company … to pass on that family touch and let everybody know that they are family and mean so much to the success of Ergon.

Robert Lampton

Ergon Board of Directors

I really do try to provide a lot of service to the public works community, not just in Florida but nationwide. And being backed by a company like Ergon who is consistent with how they treat their employees and their customers, it really makes a huge difference. And I appreciate Ergon’s commitment to me and to the industry we support. It is definitely all about relationships. I am very proud to represent Ergon in this world.

The Ergon culture comes from the people of course. It’s almost like Mr. Lampton lives on through each us.
